You should not be able to retain memories of who killed you in LRP. It makes it extremely difficult to play as Syndicate because it forces you to gibb your targets and anyone who’s a witness. It encourages gibbing which should never be encouraged at all.

I think this is fine as is. Im fairly new soon and often if im taken out by someone it happens so fast that I dont get chance to see who they are before im dead/critical. I believe the current rules also are if your status is dead then you cant use any information from that state. if im wrong about that last part though then it should be this way else its totally meta.

Still against the rules to round remove (multiple) non-targets

Actual opinion:
I do entirely agree that the below quoted MRP amendment SHOULD be added to the metashield in function.
However I will say, its one of the hardest things to moderate actively in game. It’s only really viable on MRP as the pacing is a lot slower and there is (normally) less ahelps than LRP servers.
I personally enforce this on myself as it simply improves both sides of the interaction. Antag gets to run away without burning time or TC round removing me. I get to continue playing without feeling very slimey and gross for screaming “DANIEL SMITHSON CRIT ME IN MAINT WITH AN ESWORD” the moment I awake.
I only think it encourages round removal because if someone sees you gibb your target you essentially have to gibb them as well or they’ll rat you out. I had this situation today actually where three people saw me in a room with two gibbed corpses and I resorted to killing them. I was going to gibb them but didn’t and it bit me in the ass. I even decided not to eat the brains because I didn’t want to round remove them completely but the MMI ratted my out completely. I’d never go out of my way to kill someone who I don’t need to or round remove.
Dont MMI’s not rember the last 5 minutes before their death so is that not a rule break
