Events leading to the ban
An instant ban is not fair, I just put Ligma Balls, RN all separate, i’ve send it to the “Gods” from the bible. Turbotracker just put me in Ahelp: “No.” and I get instabanned.
Reason the ban should be removed
I suppose the reason is fair, although I think it could have been fixed with a warning and explained to me that sending that in the bible can be a reason for ban. I’ve seen people put “Ligma Balls” on discord and IC in game, but I’ve never seen them get warning or something else.
Also to clarify, he just wrote me in Ahelp “No.”
What am I supposed to respond to that?
I didn’t evade the Ahelp, I was just instabanned after he wrote that to me in Ahelp.
And I didn’t continue playing either because he removed my character from the round, so I waited to see what he had to say after his “No.”
And as I said, maybe this is considered my first real fault, because I have a roleban that was not fair by trialmin “Veritius”, which is still not resolved, so in this case it should have been a warning and not a ban. Since I haven’t been the chaplain many times, I haven’t used the bible either, I didn’t know that admins could read that, then I didn’t do it on purpose either.
Hello, sorry for only reaching your appeal now as it appears your ban has expired.
The rule on sexual content is a zero tolerance rule which we take very seriously. As such most of the time a warning is not given.
I do however agree that the banning admin could have attempted to communicate more before issuing the ban.
It should be noted that this ban does not go against policy. Your ban is not influenced by your role ban which is in an entirely different grouping category and as such can’t contribute to your conduct being a second offense. Additionally you were not banned for ahelp evasion. The relevant policy you have listed which is “Sexual Content” for a first offense specifies “W-3d GB” which according to the policy means “Warning up to a 3 day game ban” the latter of which was applied.
As the ban has expired, not much can be done but the ban appears to be in policy as such we cannot remove it from your record. Otherwise a reduction would have been considered
