Peter C. Cooper is a young adult grappling with the everyday challenges of alopecia. With a determined spirit, he stepped into a bustling Nanotrasen employment office, his hopes set on finding a dream job at one of the many thriving NT Cargo facilities on his home planet. Yet, in his eagerness, he had overlooked the fine print during the application process, unknowingly directing his ambition toward work at one of the active space stations instead.
When his application was accepted and he set off for his new position, he should have sensed something was wrong when he boarded a spacefaring ship instead of the familiar local bus he had always taken. Unfortunately, by the time realization dawned on him, he could only watch in disbelief as his home planet shrank away, fading into the vastness of space behind him. The thrill of adventure collided with the stark reality of his unintended journey, leaving Peter to contemplate his new path.
