Make the deathsquad pulse weapons able to switch damage modes

Now that we have HoS’ energy shotgun, which is capable of flipping between lethal and stunning bolts, the functionality to flip between different modes with different damage types and/or intensities is definitely in the game.

I think we should use that to add a feature of the deathsquad that was in ss13, (on /tg at least) variable modes for the pulse rifle!

The three modes would be “Stun”, “Kill”, and “Destroy”

Stun is self explanatory, hits with the pulse rifle in this mode deal stamina damage, in case the deathsquad have a target who they need to apprehend with less than lethal methods. Stun would change the coloured parts of the gun to yellow, including the laser.

Kill is also self explanatory, this one is the bog standard pulse rifle, you shoot guy, guy dies. Kill would change the coloured parts of the gun to red, including the laser.

Destroy is the fun one, this mode will deal large amounts of structure damage, meaning that the crew cannot bolt themselves into rooms, they cannot build walls, nothing can shield them from the long arm of the bureaucratic law. Ideally this mode would also be the most effective vs borgs. And maybe when limb damage is added, destroy would be the choice for dismembering crew. Destroy would leave the gun blue, as it is now.

As far as balance goes, this would belong to the faction specifically designed to hunt the crew down and kill them, fair fight be damned. If this is is too OP, then you’d better nerf the 90% armour RAAAAAAAH

i think stun should be the blue one and destroy some other color (radioactive green, perhaps?) to follow the pattern established by the other disabler projectiles

I think it would be cool to have it be some kind of luminescent purple
