I think whistles are a good tool for RP. It’s nice when you can whistle at someone to stop and talk to them, instead of running around pointing at them and beating them with a baton. I believe sec only gets 5 whistles which is usually not enough for the whole team.

I feel dirty but as medical staff I ask sec for one too so you can stop the silly CE running away half dead at all times.Catches their attention nearly always instantly even if they are one to ignore getting pointed at 60 times.
