ban reason: rampant self antag because “thought it was purge”
this ban may only be appealed via a voucher of good behaviour from a ss13 or ss14 server and this ban may only be removed via appeal
it was 10 minutes in the round i was tender then i saw some red text it said something like “delta” and a loud noise then i saw a guy shooting a sec officer so i thought it was purge(because i had gone through this before) so i loaded some shells and went to shoot an officer but then got caught. the officer brought me to sec where the warden took me then the sec uncuffed me in the cell so i (thinking it was purge) went to punch the officer to crit all of this happened while the warden tried to contain the problem.
so this ban happened early this year. I have tried to get a voucher of good behaviour on an ss13 server (tg eu) and was informed that i have to do something so creative that they gave me it. i have tried multiple times but it didnt work, i know that me self antaging is against the rules and that you think im lying (because i said i thought it was purge) i wanna tell you that i know the server rules but i seriously thought it was purge because i was new at the time and that playing ss13 these past few months made me understand the game better so this doesnt happen ever again (or anything like it). please consider this ban appeal because i haven’t been able to get a voucher these past months.
Hello, we can’t really just give an exemption for voucher bans. You would have to contact a head admin for something like that. You also do not need to get a voucher from a ss13 server, it can also be a ss14 server. There are several English speaking ss14 servers and many English speaking ss13 servers and you should be able to get a voucher eventually with good behavior. Appeal is denied.
To enable speedy review of all appeals, appeals that meet certain requirements may bypass the standard, often lengthy, review process. Our banning policy requires appeals which are denied using the speedy review process have this notice placed on them. Any of the following criteria typically make an appeal eligible for the speedy review process:
the ban length is less than or equal to 14 days,
the appeal is older than 7 days, or
the result of the appeal is obvious.
In some cases, the banning admin may process the appeal. The banning admin cannot process the appeal if:
the facts that led to the ban are disputed,
the appeal makes a claim that the admin who placed it was biased, or
the ban was not within the ban guidelines.
You may contact a head game admin if you believe this appeal was handled improperly, but should be aware that this will typically only result in a review of the processing of the appeal itself, with the appeal being re-opened if an issue is found. An appeal is considered to have been processed improperly if the criteria to use the speedy review process was not met, or if the facts which the processing admin relied on to process the appeal were incorrect. You must concisely describe why you believe the appeal was handled improperly. If no issue is found with the processing of the appeal, the appeal itself will not be re-reviewed. If, in bad faith, you claim that an appeal was handled improperly, the reviewing head admin may decide to extend the time you must wait before you appeal and/or extend your ban duration. You can find a full list of staff, including head game admins at the staff directory.
