We are going to delete old replays from our archives. They are taking up significant amounts of storage space (terabytes) that we’d rather not spend extra patreon funds on to maintain.
These old replays are all impossible to run out of the box with the launcher anymore due to various technical issues, but it’s still possible to run them manually with enough effort. If you have any rounds you would like to preserve, you should download them now .

Is there a specific cutoff date up to which things will be deleted, or is it just “however much for space usage warnings not to go off”?

Not really sure yet. If nothing else I’ll definitely need to start automating this at some point, but I’m guessing I’ll probably remove the last 6 months for now.
Understandable, but I do think this is a ‘lost media’ moment. I consider the replays to be the final publication of a multi-author story, I hope there are solutions to this in the future.

are you saying that you are deleting ALL of the replays or anything older than 6 months?
We are not deleting ALL of them, just anything less then 6 months (we are not sure of the amount of days)
I have now finally gotten around to this. All replays from 2023 are now gone.
