I usually use my phone tethering to play, coz my wifi is pretty bad
In June I got this ban which was resolved by an admin, but suddenly I got this ban again for some reason.

I never used any VPN to play SS14

It appears you have hit a false positive IP ban. You should now be able to connect to the server.
