Would using RDs portals in innaproperate situations be considered powergaming? For example placing a portal from the ATS to the station?
On the server rules side of things, there’s nothing stopping you from using the portal for that. It isn’t much different from what RDs usually do which is a portal between sci-cargo, though this takes away the point of cargo having their shuttle. If anything, it’s possible it might be prevented mechanically at some point similar to how towing the ATS is currently handled.
