Description
Recently while playing as a Borg, I encountered a scenario where I attacked Pun Pun because he had no HUD icon. I am aware of Pun Pun having an ID with bartender access.

Look at Pun Pun as a Borg.

Additional context
I have seen other reports that the same thing happens with Sec HUD. I think Pun might just be missing a tag or something that normal players have that enabled HUD icons.
