Events leading to the ban

Dear SS14 Administration,

I am writing to appeal the automatic ban I received while attempting to connect to the server from Russia. The message states that my connection was blocked due to being detected as a datacenter or VPN.

I would like to clarify that:

I am not using a VPN – this might be a false positive caused by my ISP (internet provider) routing traffic through data center-like infrastructure.

Reason the ban should be removed

My ISP assigns dynamic IPs, and my current address might have been mistakenly flagged as a VPN/datacenter. Could you review this ban? I’m connecting from Russia and can confirm I’m not using any proxies.
