My ban was recently removed, but now a message say “Alt of BraelithMorghul” and I can’t play.
I don’t know how to handle this. I recognize myself through the ReadyLux account. I don’t own credentials for BraelithMorghul.
I think there was some mis-management on my part with this and the previous appeal.
I will remove the alt ban too.
