Events leading to the ban

My friend showed me how to play the other day, using his account “gumcuzzler” or something, which I admit is inappropriate but he made the account years ago. Yesterday, I wanted to make my account and play by myself, but found I was already banned from most English servers for an inappropriate name. I appealed this ban, then got accused by an admin of making a new account to avoid a ban, which I guess I did, even though this new account is my only personal account and I cannot log into my friend’s one. I had some emailing issues and also made an account called RedBall but it never received the confirmation email, so I never used this.

The admin who responded said with good behavior for 6 months and a vouch from a good server, I can be unbanned, but most of the servers left that I have access to are heavily modded from the base game I watched the tutorials in or are in a language I do not understand. It is difficult to find any other servers I am interested in playing.

Reason the ban should be removed

I feel an indefinite ban is probably to capture trolls or bots or something, and I am a new player, so if I misbehave I will probably be caught later anyway and rightfully banned. However, I have no intention of doing anything but playing the game and roleplaying. 6 months is akin to an irl jail sentence, and if I have to wait that long to play on the main servers I will most likely drop the game. I think my ban should just be removed and I would like an admin who is more understanding to see my side. I skipped the admin vote last time but kind of fell victim to the whims of only one, but I just wanted the process to move faster. I will not be doing this this time, I hope all of you see my side better and allow me to just enjoy this game. I only heard about it a week ago and it looked really cool, and I understand you probably have a lot of trolls, but please do not punish me for this, I feel I am being unrightfully punished (and extremely harshly) when I did not do anything wrong.

Due to your attempt to evade your ban, you are banned indefinitely. You may appeal your ban, but only at least 6 months after your last ban evasion attempt, and only with a voucher of good behavior from another SS13/SS14 server.

A voucher of good behavior should be obtained from a well-known or decently active SS13/SS14 server. If it is a mainstream server, we recommend using that server’s admin-help to ask for a voucher from one of the administrators explaining that you are trying to appeal a ban on SS14’s Wizard’s Den and want to show you have been a problem-free player during your playtime on the server. A voucher should be indicative of at least a few months of play. If the voucher is not from a mainstream server, let us know and we will figure out a way to verify it.

Understandable. I cannot join a community that is so punishing to deal with admins, and I do not have the downtime to wait that long. At least I feel this ruling was a bit less rude albeit strict, thank you for the consideration.
