That’s a very fair point, i keep forgetting that stun is very meta and kinda better than lethals in a lot of ways.
I would like some additional tools in that module as 2 seems very limited. Maybe a handful of grenade slots, 1 flash and 1 smoke?

You know what that actually works because law one trumps the law two.
Therefore for a peacekeeping borg could restrain or harrass someone attacking another passenger. And disregard the an antag telling them to stop.
So it should work reasonably well so long as there are no items in the modules that are intended to deal damage.

yeah they dont really need stuns a flash and a pepper spray could be perfectly fine and maybe a research could give borgs a better version of them which goes through certain types of glasses and gas masks so like civilian level stuff doesnt work if they are being nuisances but it means they cant go solo like the syndi agents without working with sec
