Son to a former Quartermaster, Wheeler developed a keen entrepreneurial mindset and is always looking to strike a deal while trying to follow his father’s footsteps with Nanotrasen. When not busy with his duties, he can be found conversing with his coworkers and looking for the next big trade. Due to his youth, however, his naivety often finds him on the losing end of the negotiation. When in a pinch, he tends to frantically scramble to get the job done.
He seems to think that slicking his hair back, wearing cheap sunglasses, getting an arm tattoo, and faking a southern drawl makes him look cool, but hardly anyone is impressed.
