Character Description
Billy Cheeks was a human janitor for many years, often being assigned to different stations when the crew there was killed understaffed and needed the extra support, as he was known for his dedication. One day, when cleaning out one of the artifact rooms in the science wing of Bagel Station, the artifact that was left inside the room got wet and flashed with a bright light. Billy felt a little strange, but ignore it and continued his work. Upon the end of his shift, he was evaluated in the medical room. Billy reported experiencing stiff joints, and the doctor’s diagnoses was that his bones were slowly transforming into a more fibrous structure. Over the course of the next week, Billy slowly grew additional tree-like limbs, his hair turning to flat green overgrowth. His courageous will persevered through this transformation, as he became known as “The Branches of Will”
He now dedicates his life to science, often wondering if there may be a cure to return his life to the one he once knew
