Events leading to the ban

Had my VPN on by default (To bypass ISP throttling since Australian internet is real bad) forgot it was still on when I joined and just was greeted by the message

The ban message is too long for the text box but it is what I assume to be the standard you are using a VPN or datacenter please stop

Reason the ban should be removed

In the reason for ban it says that turning the VPN off is suitable enough to continue playing and I wish to keep trying SS14 out. If I could ask for an exemption for this since my connection without will probably be bad. I am sorry if this is too much hassle

Datacenter bans aren’t applied to specific accounts, they’re applied to IPs used by things like virtual private networks (VPNs). If you are using a VPN, disabling it should allow you to connect to Wizard’s Den servers. If you are not using a VPN or something similar, but still cannot connect, please do any of the following:

• Join our Discord server and ask for help in the #help channel, saying that you’re affected by a datacenter ban
• Send a message to Wizard’s Den Game Admins
