Remove the raffle system from things such as giant spiders, slimes, carps, pretty much anything with an AI when it spawns.
If I’m trying to get a specific mob for optimal funny business, I’d rather not wait 10 seconds only for it to get beaten by a borg with a crowbar before I can do anything

When it comes to mid-round antags, prevent anyone from joining in the queue in the last 5-10 seconds of it.
2 reasons behind this
Since the timer raises every time someone joins, there’s the possibility a mid-round antag could be (hypothetically speaking) infinitely delayed to spawn.
Getting robbed of an uncontested raffle
If I’ve been the only one queueing for say, lone op, and then some random guy who just died, joins the raffle and successfully rolls it, I feel cheated out. I (for all intensive purposes) should’ve had that
The ghost raffle timer iirc has a limit of how long it can extend to, starting at 30 seconds and capping off at 60.
Plus, why should a limit on when you can join even exist, since the point of the timer is to give everyone on the server a fair chance on getting it. By limiting when people can join it’s effectively wasting time where no one can join the raffle but also it hasn’t ended, might as well just skip it at that point since it’s a waste of time.
I do agree the mid timer stuff should not change however I agree that the timer on stuff like rats, carps, spiders, mice, smiles and other mass spawned mobs could have a first come first serve ghost role as they are fairly common
Should make it like RM14, where after you die, you have to wait 5 minutes before you can get a ghost role. Would also completely destroy antag rolling in warops for people who cryo to get reinforcement roles
