Some good things to the botanist

I started to play SS13 on SS1984 server (Paradise’s build) and saw some good things to the botanist:
• Hydroponic HUD - shows the water level, the weed level and the nutrient level in a tray
• Plant Analyzer - shows detailed information about the plant
I think that is a good idea to add this in SS14

The hud would be neat, but shouldn’t be necessary unless the map uses dirt for botany, for whatever reason.

The scanner had a PR with it, but that’s been stuck in limbo afaik.
