Helio Hoover is a ex-NanoTrasen employee that left during the mass-layoffs for dwarf-like employees. After the mass ban for Cogchamp system wide they lost employment for bar-tending and came back to sell more mild beverages. Their age is starting to catch up to them when compared to the rest of the crew but their knowledge of the past still helps them tell good stories.
