Great game. I mean really great. I managed to play on a couple of decent servers and learn a lot about Medical tonight. Unfortunately every server worth playing on seems to have gone into some kind of lock down mode, or require I have more play time. Wizards den servers suggest I go play on Lizard, but they seem to have set the player number to 82/80, so that’s not really possible.
I just wanted to drop this airport terminal goodbye post to the few people I had fun with tonight. Sorry I couldn’t figure out how to get the O2 tank on your unconscious body. It’s either laggy, or not all that intuitive. Glad to have helped out those of you I actually saved, and the one that died trying to save me, you should have taken my stuff and left me behind. You all know who you are .
OH ya, thanks for recharging my power cell. You allowed me to die in peace.
If you ever want some more people playing this game, you might want to consider being a little more welcoming in the server browser.
Then again, maybe you’d rather keep the door closed. I can understand that.
What are you on about? There are plenty of servers to join, however, due to high levels of raider activity most servers have opted to put up a panic bunker to prevent the raiding. A panic bunker prevents anybody under a certain amount of hours from joining the server. But rather than try to talk to somebody about it you just leave some kind of send off criticism that doesn’t really provide anything. Thanks.
the door’s not kept closed, you’re trying to go through it while there’s too many people in the room already.
in other words - try joining during off-hours. lizard’s the most populous upstream server, but even it has hours where it doesn’t hit the player cap
You can filter the server browser to only show servers that are not full, that should make it easier to find one to connect to. Unfortunately its not really feasible for the launcher to filter out servers that are in panic bunker mode
Many servers are probably in bunker mode due to currently high levels of raider activity, you might find it easier to connect in a few days when things have settled down
