Events leading to the ban: We just switched over to blueshift and I was an officer in the armory, while the detective ran up to me into armory and spammed “SHOW ME YOUR FACE!!” I went out and showed him my face and he said “SHOW ME YOUR FACE” again and again so I typed IC show me your butthole while walking out of the armory with no helmet on and while representing my face.
Reason the ban should be removed: I really see no reason for the ban here cause it was an IC moment but if the harsh response of me IC was too much to conflict with theSexual rules, NSFW rules I am sorry, Next time I will just tell themosquito to “get lost.”
You know; I experienced alot on this server the last 140 hours, if it maybe a HoS who tells me as an cadet to “SHUT THE FUCK UP OR I WILL SPACE YOU!” or an botanist who tells me to “impregnate your sister” for not giving them mutagene while I play chemist or people telling me not only to go fuck myself but kill myself while I arrest them as an officer… but an annoying detective who has nothing better to do than annoy an other officer in blue alert gets me perma banned for telling him to show me his butthole after he spamms SHOW ME YOUR FACE… If you want me to promise you to never use such profanity again I WILL but damn what I experienced the last 140h on this Dan’s server is nothing against what I am banned for today … I really tried to have a nice RP day with the community, if it be as an angry warden or a hug needing pun-pun. Maybe someone in the team just don’t want me onto the server? As this point I really do not know and I am not sure. All I know is that I just today read thru the whole server rules and I am pretty sure I am really no threat to the community at all!
That warn has nothing to do with what happend. The situation did not happen because I drank AND I did not drink. There was no ERP, there was no role break by the terms of the server. All I did was telling an detective who spammed “SHOW ME YOUR FACE” - show me your butthole while walking away from him.
If that harsh way of telling him to buzz off already conflicts with the ERP rules then every single “fuck you”, every single “asshole!”, every “shitsec fk” and every other slur also violates that rules and that simply can not be. You would ban more than 10 people a day just for that and I do not see that happening. I claim that here is foul play a foot! I never ever did ERP and I never will! There are people who spam swastika into coms and crew who tell me to kill my self not just IC but also LOOC but I am here being perma banned for using the word “butthole”? That is no reason to ban someone, at least not if I read your whole rules right. No one even ever send me an AHelp asking what happend or telling me not to use such “language”. I just got perma banned mid shift and now you claim it was because I was warned? I think something more is going on here right now but me using the word “butthole” and it really isn’t kosher.
TL;DR
My last warning about NSFW topics like the Epstein island has nothing to do with your false claim of EROTIC ROLE PLAY. There was no EROTIC ROLE PLAY nor was there any NSFW OOC talk. I simply told an annoying Detective to buzz of in a harsh way IN CHARACTER after he annoyed me for no RP reason. That does not conflict with my warn nor with any server rules because “butthole” isn’t even a slur but an anatomically correct term. By now I am sure someone or somebodies are just after me and I do not know why. Maybe it is because I have no My Little Pony or Furry profile picture, maybe it is because I once spoke to Kezu about my favorite “A-meme-ry” event in SS13 were the “ligger hunts” in which the whole NT crew hunts down all Lizard player and forces them into the zoo by order of the admins and now some “Scalie” who took notice of that, after I’ve been banned for NSFW OOC once and got back onto the server, is so mad at me he wants me out of this community but the false charge for EROTIC ROLE PLAY is utter non-sense! Ban me for something real like if I should ever space the clown for giving me “the slip” over and over again or for selfantaging by poisoning the whole food surplus in the kitchen with bleach but not for something I did not do like Erotic role play cause you will never ever see me engage in that!
For the record, I’m not a scalie or furry or whatever those groups are; I was just commenting on the fact you were already warned off an appeal ban that sexual terms, references, etc. Are not permitted in game, which likely is a contributing factor as to why you’re back on a ban.
The rule concerning ERP is a blanket rule for all sexual references, content, and acts, including innuendos. (Theres likely more to this but this is just a quick rundown.) As such, telling an officer this regardless of the context, was a violation of a no tolerance rule, and you were banned for it.
I’m not the admin that banned you nor do I have the power to remove you from the community with no justification let alone without knowing anything about you. These appeals are done by admin consensus.
This has been put to an admin discussion and vote of which we have come to the consensus to issue a voucher requirement for further appeals.
The reasons provided in the discussion for this decision were the following:
Previously off an appeal banned for the same thing 2 days prior to this ban.
Pattern of NRP issues
Previous bans and history of issues
Poor Appeal removal reason
Additional appeal replies going completely off the rails.
You may appeal your ban, but only at least 6 months after your last ban, and only with a voucher of good behavior from another SS13/SS14 server.
A voucher of good behavior should be obtained from a well-known or decently active SS13/SS14 server. If it is a mainstream server, we recommend using that server’s admin-help to ask for a voucher from one of the administrators explaining that you are trying to appeal a ban on SS14’s Wizard’s Den and want to show you have been a problem-free player during your playtime on the server. A voucher should be indicative of at least a few months of play. If the voucher is not from a mainstream server, let us know and we will figure out a way to verify it.
Appeal Denied - Voucher must be provided on any future re-appeal.
