Hi, I have a problem logging into my account, namely with 2FA. The code has not been saved in the authentication application, and there are no alternatives for logging in.

Have you saved your recovery codes for 2FA?

I should notoe, the recovery codes are different than the code 2FA code. Recovery codes are given to you only when you enable 2FA.

Nope, I have lost it… 
Your best bet is to contact [email protected] although I have been told there’s a big backlog, so I’m not sure when it will get looked at
What @Vasilis said is correct. The recovery codes are the only way to recover your account automatically.
