Ban reason: ERP based emotes with another player

Length of ban: Until Appealed

Events leading to the ban: My character was a mute service worker so the only way of communicating with other players was through emotes or writing, I needed some bananas so I went to the botanist which was also mute so I pretended to peel bananas through emotes to tell them what I need which led to the botanist emoting something suggestive involving bananas to which my character responded with blushing.

Reason the ban should be removed: It was around 6-7AM for me when it happened so I wasn’t thinking clearly as I did not sleep the entire night and I did not realize that by responding to a suggestive emote that way would break the rules, I apologize for that and I will try my best to avoid getting involved in ERP in the future.

This has been put to an admin discussion and vote of which we have come to the consensus to reduce the ban from indefinite to 1 week.

The reasons provided in the discussion for this decision were the following:

• A week ban reduction is appropriate based on the zero tolerance rule being broken.

Keep it clean moving forward, Ban removed with reduction.
