Events leading to the ban

I was given the C20 by a robot who claimed to have stolen it from security and claimed to be a “free agent.” I was on my way to hand the C20 to my friend, I realized midway that I had to do something IRL, so when I ran past that guy and he whispered what appeared to be an insult, I deicided “fuck it, I’ll go shoot this guy.” which thinking back wasn’t a great idea.

Reason the ban should be removed

I feel that a permanent ban on the first offense is extremely harsh. I did not intend to break the rules. I shot the guy in the heat of the moment after he whispered what appeared to be an insult. I did not want to ruin that person’s gameplay on purpose, if I did; I’m sorry, and I hope to be given a second chance.

Hello, I am the banning admin, the reason the ban was a indef time was cause you disconnected very soon after being ahelped and had very little playtime in our servers, which made me think you were a raider, that is, someone that joins the server just to cause chaos and break the rules.

However given your appeal, it seems I was wrong and you are not a raider. I will reduce your ban to a 12 hour ban, which is standard for RDM (random death match), which is what you did to the guy by killing them.

Since I am the banning admin and I am not removing the ban completely, only reducing it to 12 hours, you are welcome to appeal again immediately if you still believe to be unfair or not processed correctly.
