A watermelon mutation that contains a large amount of pressurized water, will explode when thrown, damaged, or an attempt is made to eat it. The explosion does little to no damage, but spills water on the floor proportional to robustness. Can be a useful janitorial tool in the right hands, or can create slip hazards in the wrong ones.

And it would be really cool if you feed it different chemicals causing water inside to change to that chemical! Biohazards inbound!!
I am gonna end up with a razorium water baloon. And you will be to blame.
I would cause so much chaos because all of my plants usually have 20+chems inside of them especially if I get napalm phlogiston and CLF or water and potassium it can essentially become an unlimited source of grenades in my hands
