Detailed Summary: [What happened was during a round on lizard, my hypopen as CMO was stolen, I had attempted to get security to search people and try to find my hypopen, which. They didn’t. I had a medical intern who was consistently being a troll intern, making fun of the fact I lost it + saying they were the one that stole it and that I wouldn’t get it back. This, over time, began to annoy me; after 30+ minutes of security doing nothing about the grand theft and the continued taunting even WHILE I was talking to HoS to try to get some action, I had decided to crit them (I was using medhud to make sure they didn’t die). Still, it was from constant annoyance and upset that I felt it was reasonable IC to get upset and crit them out of annoyance. However, that was when I got an Ahelp asking why I crit them. I gave my entire story, saying who wouldn’t do that, and then I got warned anyway without trying to understand. Another issue I have, as well, is the warning got passed without the message explaining any of the reasons I had given them, which may have justified/explained what I had done. I do not know if this is proper use of Staff-Complaint, but I would like for this to be checked and understood ]

Findings
Weax is a trial admin.
The complainant had their hypospray stolen by a completely unrelated player.
The intern took finding 2 as an opportunity to be antagonistic towards the complainant.
The intern didn’t steal anything.
The intern was found to have inappropriate chats and inappropriately antagonistic behavior throughout the round.
The intern was searched by a security officer while the complainant was watching, then was let go.
The time elapsed between the first time the intern said they had the hypo and the complainant critting them was 13 minutes.
The amount of time the complainant brought up their missing hypo within finding 7’s timeframe was 22 times. The amount of time the intern brought up/taunted about the hypo was 18 times.
The intern was medically treated afterwards.
It is reasonable, according to logs and a review of the replay, to assume that the intern continued taunting as a response to the complainant bringing up the missing hypo.
Due to the lack of escalation from the other party, it was not unreasonable for an admin to determine this was a case of overescalation.
Resulting Actions
Weax was informed of the complaint.
The ahelp related to this issue was brought up as part of Weax’s trial.
Due to finding 5, proper action against the other player will be taken.
Due to finding 6, 7 and 11, the note on the complainant’s account will remain.
Due to finding 11 and resulting action 2, no further action will be taken against Weax.
