Website is acting up

So i have a problem, this account that this post was made on is my brothers, which he used to help me with my ban appeal on my account but everytime i try and log out of this account and back into mine, it forces me back into this one, is there any way i can force a manual log in after i log out?

That doesn’t sound like a website issue, but a browser one. When you logout and hit the login page it should send you to this page

Try incognito if using chrome or a private window in firefox.

Thats the exact problem, it doesnt.
