Wizard Jaunt needs to be able to work while cuffed

If a wizard is handcuffed, they cannot jaunt and really have no means of slipping cuffs.

Wizards need to have an escape spell and jaunt seems like the best for it.

I’m not even proposing that it leaves the cuffs behind (although that would be cool too). I think that jaunting should allow you to cast it while cuffed so you can move to a space to try to remove the cuffs before being found.

If wizards are supposed to be as powerful as they are cast to be, mere handcuffs seem like a pitiful way to be taken out with. (and this is being said from personal experience).

Call it a skill issue if you want but wizards still need something akin to a freedom implant option one way or another.

Thats a pretty good idea, maybe make it so it only works in cuffs after upgraded or something
