WizDen Space Law contraband update

A PR was merged that shows if an item is contraband when it is examined. As a result, Space Law for the Wizard’s Den servers has been updated to replace the old contraband crimes with new ones based on how contraband is now identified.

In addition, a line saying that crimes were linked based on their code rather than their color or suffix in the quick crime guide table has been modified to be consistent with the earlier part of Space Law, which says that crimes are linked based on their color or suffix, not on their code.

It doesn’t say if its contraband for the wearer or who is allowed to have it, just that it’s contraband to the examiner, so sec doesn’t have a method IC to determine who has contraband.
