Events leading to the ban
Incident 1: I had joined the station and had immediately died due to low temp, when I was brought to medbay I was immediately shoved into a morgue despite the green light indicating I was revivable. When I brought this up, the handling admin said he was “looking into this” to which the entire round went by with ZERO reply or assistance.
Incident 2: I was attempting to make helpful chems for the medbay as a medical assistant, the HOP gave me access and when I went into the chemistry room, the two chemists IMMEDIATELY threw toxic insults at me, I then went to science to build my own chemistry set to make helpful chems, to which the RD shot me near dead. When I went back to the medbay chemistry station during a crisis to make charcoal and other helpful chems, the CMO threw a fit and during a tesloose, ran us both into the tesla ball killing us both. I reported this and the admin in question did nothing once again.
Incident 3: A player harassing me for getting in line lead to the entire staff harassing me and bullying me and making rape jokes about me, when I tried to report this the staff member instead focused on me insulting them personally rather than the actual three issues listed here.
Reason the ban should be removed
The admin in question was far more concerned about their own ego being bruised than investigating 3 reports from a player, I had three terrible shifts and I think at that point the admin’s competency should be put into question. As even if in each three incidents, no one rules were broken, even if that were the case, it does not justify leaving three rounds worth of tickets unchecked and uncalled for. If he didn’t want to deal with it, he could of said or closed the ticket. Instead he left me out to hang and stew until when I insulted him, he decided to take it personally and then handle the matter.
Wether or not what I did was wrong or right is not the matter, the admin deciding to ignore three ahelps, one involving actual rape threats. Is uncalled for, if the player is being insulted en masse, why should the player care if the staff who clearly does not care for him, care for them?

For transparency’s sake, I’m going to post the full ahelp.
Because of the nature of the game, an admin is not required to disclose any action that is taken against a player, especially in the event that the player conducting these actions is a traitor and allowed to subvert the typical ruleset put forth for non-antagonistic players. In this case, the complaint is largely unfounded and we find there is no immediate issue with how this ahelp was handled.
Incident #1 is considered resolved and no further action warranted at this time.

I would like to draw your attention to the red in the screenshot - I am aware that it is not visible on your end of the ahelp window, but this notes on the administrator’s side (where we receive the ahelps in our Discord relay) that there is no admin on to assist with this issue. On the player’s side, you should see a message at the bottom of every ahelp screen that states all ahelp messages are being relayed through to Discord, where we DO see them regardless of whether we are in game or not. We do try to comb through backlogs when availability allows it, and I apologize if that much was not made clear to you at any point during your tenure here as a player.
Incident #2 is considered resolved from an administrative action standpoint and no further action will be taken at this time.
Now for my favorite bit.
Per previous incidents in this appeal, full ahelp for transparency.
Opening up a third ahelp with “Hey dickweeds” is definitely a choice, and then further in making the mentally sound decision to:
a) flame the person trying to get more information to resolve your issue
b) blame them because they “chose this willingly”
c) spend more time bitching about your perceived lack of response rather than explain your issue so it can be addressed
c) later on, doubling down on your own toxicity throughout this appeal
Frankly just convinces me you’re the kind of person who would berate servers at a restaurant in public because they “chose this willingly”. You have effectively demonstrated here that when you don’t get your way you’re going to become verbally aggressive, and I will not allow you or any other player to subject the community to that level of toxicity. As I already pointed out, at no point in your third ahelp did you actually explain what your issue was, and instead chose to denigrate the staff member trying to help you. I’m not sure if you expected us to recruit mindreaders to know what your specific issue is, but we are not omniscient nor will we pretend to be to stroke your ego, which is evidently part of the issue since in the three rounds you played you spent a majority of your OOC interactions demeaning other players, and going so far as to claim that “morphine is epiphrine[sic]” while bitching that people weren’t getting banned fast enough for your tastes (previous statement can be found here for any interested parties looking to see how much more you claim to know about the game).
Barring that, I actually went through the replay for round 71943 where you went out of your way to make yourself a problem for sec because they refused to arrest someone for shoving you over who was first in line at the HoP’s office. You then proceeded to make it an apparent mission of yours to harass that player for the rest of the round for the perceived sleight against you to the point that you spent about 30 minutes trying to get him arrested before reaching the point where you’re telling people you hope they get cancer and die, which is frankly childish, bullshit behavior on your part and once again further serves my point that you’re the one with the ego problem.
As previously established, the administrator is not required to disclose findings of issues reported via ahelp, and any info given is at the discretion of the administrator handling the report.
During the entire course of round 71943, the main things that were said in reference to you from involved parties were that you were “butthurt”, that you were a man-child, and that you were spending the entire shift riding someone’s ass for shoving them and otherwise spent your round choosing to harass a player over who was line leader at the HoP’s office like a kindergartener. In the spirit of making sure your complaint was investigated thoroughly though, I went as far as to search the word “rape” and all variations of it (“raping”, “raped”, “rap” because some people think that not spelling it completely means they won’t get caught) and no such verbage came back in any round you were involved in. If you want to find the replay where it happened and open a separate complaint against that individual I am more than happy to investigate that claim. Replays can be downloaded here and each round ID can be found in the screenshots provided above.
