Last year in the old forum I created a staff complaint. I’m not sure what happened to it as I can no longer see it. (I found it.)
Unfortunately in December last year, I was banned for two months, just before Christmas. Although my ban was successfully appealed (initially declined requiring a second attempt), I have not felt confident enough to return to the community since this incident.
My previous complaint detailed the traumatic experience I had gone through having been accused of verbal sexual assault.
I return now months later wanting to enjoy this game to find my complaints gone. I found my staff complaint and reply. Thank you for your response, as I am unable to reply there.
Maybe just mark this as closed and resolved. I was passionate about this game once and that passion was terminated, quashed, crushed, squished, minced, spat out, roasted in an oven, and left out to dry.
It’s just a game. I just want to enjoy the game. My appeal was accepted, I don’t know why it was initially denied. “Being an asshole” is against the rules, I don’t think I was an asshole to anyone within the game during the RP at the time. My ban is for sexual content, not being an asshole.
I even disconnected to remove myself (after being killed by an antag).
Hello, sorry to only get to you this late as there was an extremely large backlog of complaints that the previous headmin team experienced and I am only now going through old complaints. I am unsure of what you are actually requesting in this complaint, or whether or not you want it closed. Could you please elaborate?
I was hoping not to be banned over Christmas 2024 - as I was banned over Christmas 2023, but there is an apparent routine of banning me (and others no doubt) in the lead up to Christmas.

It is extremely difficult to enjoy this game with massive threats constantly hanging over your head. I ruined a round by not being an Antag. I’ve never played Antag. I want to play Antag…
Sorry that I did not play Antag sooner. It is kind of intimidating for people who have never played antag before and cannot do real time combat due to space lag.
I understand and respect your decision to bar me from participating in your community.
I want reiterate the claim that my “[repeated attempts] to ban evade” are only after I was already banned for plasma flooding. Most history has been with one account. I have multiple accounts because I ran another SS14 server. I needed admin and non-admin accounts.
I really feel like you are targeting me with a form of harassment by preventing me from appealing my ban and being unnecessarily prejudiced against my behavior.
I’ve identified my intent in that I wish to play antagonist. It was my fault to not play as an antagonist. Once I got bored of grey-tiding, I caused problems. As an antagonist I would be allowed to plasma flood the station. I understand this. I want to participate, but you will not let me.
I don’t know if you got notified so I will tag you again in a new reply, which is this one. I understand it will take you some time to consider this serious matter so I will check in again next weekend.

I am once again asking you to consider waiving this requirement for a voucher. This is a misunderstanding and I am being misrepresented as someone who has a history of ban evasion when that is not the full truth.
I can see that you are demonstrating a pattern of behavior where (historically speaking) you simply do not reply to staff complaints.
If this continues, I intend to take copies of this complaint to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission on the basis simply that I am being treated unfairly.
To be clear - it’s not the ban. It’s the lack of fair appeals.
Your behavior attempting to force me to deal with a third party in order to resolve a dispute with a first party is in my view unfair.
You cannot discriminate against individuals of the Australian Public and not provide them a fair chance of appeal.
