The grounds are that I have a right to a fair appeal, and instead of fairly considering my appeal you haven’t acknowledged my question. you haven’t acknowledged the punishment i’ve already been through. All you have done is attack me and suggest that I have a history of ban evasion - which is a misrepresentation of my hundreds of hours of playtime (you already know this. you can see all my accounts and all their play times. I just thought I would get that out in the open so we’re all being honest).
I have not play the game for the past 6 months.
I’ll go even further in my attempt to offer an olive branch to you. I recognize the ban evasion you are referencing (which occurred during my initial one (1) week ban) was a flagrant disregard of your authority. I am sorry. It wont happen again.
Please don’t attack me and victim blame me. I made one (1) ban evasion attempt. And I did 6 months for that.
Wait this complaint is just because your appeal got denied?
Alright I am very sorry, this appeal should’ve been automatically denied at the time it was filed. Unfortunately the large backlog of complaints have only allowed me to do complaint triaging at the time. Our staff complaint instructions clearly state that a ban which had its appeal denied cannot be made into a complaint(Requirement 1).

Almost all bans may be appealed on our forums at forum.ss14.io in the ban appeals section. This is generally the only acceptable way to contact the administration team to discuss your ban and revise it if it is inappropriate, including if it is mistakenly applied. Any attempt to circumvent or bypass a game ban will result in a voucher ban. Attempting to evade role bans by gaining access to or working in the capacity of a job you are banned from will result in a game ban. These bans are applied even if the evasion attempt is unsuccessful.
Exceptions There are no exemptions for evading or attempting to evade game bans. Antagonists who impersonate or take over a role which they are banned from to aid in their goals are not considered to be evading their role ban.
A ban which requires a voucher to appeal. These bans can also typically only be appealed after at least 6 months from the date of the ban. They are often used as an alternative to a permanent ban that allows players to return if they can demonstrate an ability to follow a server’s rules.
As such there is nothing unusual with the punishment you received. A voucher ban is placed in lieu of a completely permanent ban in the hopes that the subject of the ban may be able to prove themselves capable of being a good part of the community through their conduct in other communities. You are free to play on any non-wizard’s den servers. As suggested on a previous appeal:
