## About the PR Title. I am reviving https://github.com/space-wizards/space-st…ation-14/pull/36709 and I would rather move the event to Shared than a system to Server. ## Why / Balance Events like this should always be in shared to begin with to make predicting systems later easier. ## Technical details Move two structs Fix namespaces use primary constructor for `EstimatedPriceCalculationEvent` ## Requirements - [x] I have read and am following the [Pull Request and Changelog Guidelines](https://docs.spacestation14.com/en/general-development/codebase-info/pull-request-guidelines.html). - [x] I have added media to this PR or it does not require an ingame showcase. ## Breaking changes `PriceCalculationEvent` and `EstimatedPriceCalculationEvent` have been moved to `Content.Shared.Cargo`. **Changelog** none

PriceCalculationEvent and EstimatedPriceCalculationEvent have been moved to Content.Shared.Cargo.
