## About the PR PR adds a forced cough rarely when metabolizing black pepper.… It also forces a cough when splashed if the target is both breathing and not wearing internals. ## Why / Balance I think that there's space for more forced emotes. Pepper felt like an obvious choice for its use in food and slapstick. But forcing a cough when you get pepper sprayed needed to respect an entity's pseudo-breathing state to make logical sense. You won't cough from getting pepper in your nose if your not breathing or you're breathing from canned air. ## Technical details Added two new EntityEffectConditions and a helper function to `RespiratorySystem`. - `RespiratorySystem.IsBreathing` returns true if the mob is alive and above their suffocation threshold. - `Breathing : EntityEffectCondition` checks against the above function. - `Internals : EntityEffectCondition` checks if internals are on/off. - The guidebook can now display forced emotes from `Emote : EntityEffects`. ## Media https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/33029460-89a0-44eb-92b4-e687295363c6 ![image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/9458552a-321d-4910-97aa-3bd2e2d925a6) ## Requirements - [x] I have read and am following the [Pull Request and Changelog Guidelines](https://docs.spacestation14.com/en/general-development/codebase-info/pull-request-guidelines.html). - [x] I have added media to this PR or it does not require an ingame showcase. ## Breaking Changes The emote datafield on `Emote : EntityEffects` is now required. **Changelog** :cl: aada - add: Pepper makes you cough.
