Rename paper_background_black files

## About the PR Renames the "paper_background_black" files and updates the path… in the business card yml. ## Why / Balance The colour of the background is not black, it is the syndicate's blood red. This could cause issues if people want to make a paper background that is actually black in the future. ## Technical details Renamed instances of "paper_background_black" to "paper_background_blood_red" and modified the BackgroundImagePath in the business card yml accordingly. ## Requirements - [X] I have read and am following the [Pull Request and Changelog Guidelines](https://docs.spacestation14.com/en/general-development/codebase-info/pull-request-guidelines.html). - [X] I have added media to this PR or it does not require an ingame showcase. ## Breaking changes ```Resources/Textures/Interface/Paper/paper_background_black.svg``` was renamed to ```Resources/Textures/Interface/Paper/paper_background_blood_red.svg``` ```Resources/Textures/Interface/Paper/paper_background_black.svg.96dpi.png``` was renamed to ```Resources/Textures/Interface/Paper/paper_background_blood_red.svg.96dpi.png``` ```Resources/Textures/Interface/Paper/paper_background_black.svg.96dpi.png.yml``` was renamed to ```Resources/Textures/Interface/Paper/paper_background_blood_red.svg.96dpi.png.yml```
