Do you want this complaint to be made public after it is processed: [Yes]
Detailed Summary: [I explain all here:
I do not believe that trialmin Veritius has been professional in his decision process about the role ban, so I would like to have the role ban removed from my record.
He had time to review the replay of the round and it seems he did not.]
The current determination of the panel is as follows:
This panel finds that the complaint has been made moot, and requires no action.
This determination was made after taking into account two primary factors;
The Admin Involved Veritius is no longer a member of staff.
The complainant LuistoKitKat has since been voucher banned for unrelated reasons.
This panel elected not to take up this case due to the Admin involved Veritius’ departure from the admin team leaving no reasonable improving or punitive measures to be taken against them in their capacity as staff. Further, this complaint is about actions which occurred while they were still in their trial phase and it would be reasonable to consider that both as a mitigating factor due to the training nature of the position, as well as mitigating due to the increased oversight they would have been under at the time by the supervisory mentoring process. Its also important to note that staff complaints are not, and should not be ban appeals or second chance appeals for unsatisfactory ban appeal outcomes. However, the complainant LuistoKitKat’s primary ban appeal for the actions within this complaint was already processed and closed – by another departed admin – for having elapsed the length of the ban before it could be processed due to the bans limited length.
With this in mind, this panel recommends that should LuistoKitKat manage to return to the community in good standing, that a future ban appeal on this issue should be entertained by the appropriate ban appeal forum. This panel recommends this due to the nature in which LuistoKitKat’s first appeal was closed, but only once they have indeed returned into good standing due to the unrelated nature of their present voucher banned status.
